Stephanie Carey Naturopath and Nutritionist

I am a Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist based on the Central Coast of NSW, who believes in empowering people to take control of their health and equipping people with the necessary tools to make healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Through naturopathy and nutritional medicine we can flourish from the healing power of nature. Applying a holistic approach to practice allows me to address the whole person rather than just symptoms, which improves overall health, long-term change and growth. The most rewarding part of my practice is seeing people achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. I feel blessed and grateful to be a part of their journey towards good health.

With over 10 years experience in the field of Natural Health, my qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health.

My background

Born and bred on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, I am mindful to live and breathe a natural and nourished lifestyle.

I practice what I preach, spending time in the kitchen creating healthy and delicious recipes that are shared with family and friends.

Exercise is an important and balancing lifestyle choice for me and I enjoy starting each day with an early morning swim or run along the beach with my dog Layiah.

With more and more clinical trials emerging each day it’s exciting to see natural medicine turning into evidence based medicine.

If you would like further information about my services you can follow me on the social media channels on this page, my blog or send me an enquiry, I would love to hear from you.
