Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 90 minute session where we explore your health history, current concerns, diet, lifestyle, and any medical records you bring. Together, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan to guide your journey to better health.

Yes, please bring any recent pathology results or medical documents you have. New clients also need to complete our Patient Questionnaire before their first consultation. Once booking, you’ll be sent this online series of questions that you can fill out at home, to give us a good understanding of your history.

The number of consultations depends on your individual health goals and needs. Typically, clients see the most benefits from a handful regular follow-ups to track progress and make adjustments to their treatment plan, whereas more chronic conditions may need a longer-term strategy, depending on their goals.

Unfortunately, in 2019 the Australian Government removed cover for 16 natural therapies, including naturopathy from the definition of private health insurance general treatment. This means that there are no private health cover rebates available for naturopathy.

Yes, we offer both in-person and online consultations for your convenience. You can book an online session through our booking portal, just like an in-person consultation.

We do understand things come up. Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, so that we can endeavour to fill your appointment space. Missed appointments or cancellations 24 hours or less out from the appointment will incur a $100 fee.

Yes. After hearing the feedback from our clients that sourcing some of the everyday items that we recommend can be a roadblock, we decided to curate and offer a selection of products we love, along with all-organic produce, teas and other essentials, for your convenience.
